This privacy policy covers the use of this ULTIRANKS installation.

  • The organisation operating this ULTIRANKS installation is responsible for the personal data processed through it.

  • When you create a user account, ULTIRANKS stores account information such as:

  • Additional profile information, player details, media links, and similar content may be stored when users or administrators add them to the system.
  • Competition records such as scoresheets, game events, statistics, and spirit comments may be stored as part of the event history. Although such content may be entered by an official or team administrator, it is generally treated as event, team, or game data rather than as that person's account profile data.
  • ULTIRANKS uses personal information for identification and authentication, account management, service operation, communication, and service improvement.

Logging and IP addresses
